Pusuant to  "Measures for the Administration of Beneficial Owner Information" issued by People's Bank of China and State Administration for Market Regulation, for the purpose of anti-money laundering and enterprise registration management, the company incorporated before 1st November, 2024 shall file beneficial owner information through official registration system no later than 1st November, 2025.

Please note:

1. A natural person meeting any of the following conditions shall be the beneficial owner of the company:

1) Ultimately owning, directly or indirectly, more than 25% of shares or partnership interests in the company;

2) Not meeting the standard in item 1), but ultimately enjoying more than 25% of the profit rights or voting rights in the company;

3) Not meeting the standard in item 1), but exercising substantial control over the company alone or jointly.

If none of the above three circumstances exists, the person responsible for the daily business management of the company shall be regarded as the beneficial owner.

2.The following company shall be exempted from filing beneficial owner information after making a commitment on the system:

1) The company's registration capital is less than RMB 10 million (or the equivalent foreign currency);and

2) All shareholders or partners of the company are natural persons;and

3) No natural person other than its shareholders or partners exercises ultimate control over or  obtains benefits from the company , and  no control is exercised or benefits are obtained from the company through means other than equity or partnership interests.
