- Financial Services: Enjoy convenient banking services
- Daily Services: Enjoy a variety of everyday conveniences
The "Juying Card" will be your helpful companion as you make Shanghai your home.Foreigner who hold a valid Foreigner's Work Permit in China and have completed social security registration. Address: Shanghai Talents Development Service Center (1st Floor, Shanghai Talent Building, No. 77 Meiyuan Road)Please note: If you already hold a Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, you need to apply for the "Juying Card" at the Subdistrict (Community) Affairs Service Center in the area where you reside.How to apply? - Please check the following procedures!How to collect it when it's ready? Applicants shall present their valid passport in person at the above address to collect the card. If the card is collected by an authorized representative, the representative (HR person) must present their valid identification document and the applicant's original passport.Social Security Function Only: Bring your valid passport and "Juying Card" to above address for activation. Social Security and Financial Functions: Bring your valid passport and "Juying Card" directly to your selected partner bank branch to activate both functions in one visit.
